About:
Mimie Rahman believes that self-discovery and growth can happen, even in the most challenging of times. Having faced her struggles, she understands how heartbreaking, traumatic and difficult life can be. Her journey has led her to become a mental health practitioner and founder of MINDAKAMI, where she hopes to inspire and help others navigate their paths.
Mimie has worked with individuals, couples, and families, providing support for a wide range of concerns—no matter the challenges they face. In addition to counselling, she is also a consultant, coach and researcher in the fields of mental health, neurodiversity and disability.
She believes that no one should face these challenges alone. Through learning, unlearning, and relearning, she helps individuals find clarity, resilience and strength in their journey.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Counselling and Guidance (Universiti Putra Malaysia)
- Registered Counsellor, recognized by the Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (KB10458, PA10065)

Ilyas Azmi is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked with individuals facing complex emotional challenges. Trained in both assessment and intervention, he has experience in assessing and providing therapy for depression, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts.
Ilyas uses evidence-based approaches while tailoring each session to fit the unique needs of each client. He believes therapy should be a safe, honest space where your emotions are heard, and change happens at your own pace. With warmth and understanding, Ilyas is here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
