Abby has always been interested in the study of the human mind and behaviour. She believes that any experience, whether positive or negative, along with our family of origin and cultural background, played a part in making each of us unique individuals and experience similar incidents differently.
As someone who grew up in a conservative household, she realised the significance of having a pair of listening ears and being in the presence of empathy, which further fuelled her passion for becoming a counsellor to be there for people needing support and guidance.
