About:
Abby has always been interested in the study of the human mind and behaviour. She believes that any experience, whether positive or negative, along with our family of origin and cultural background, played a part in making each of us unique individuals and experience similar incidents differently.
As someone who grew up in a conservative household, she realised the significance of having a pair of listening ears and being in the presence of empathy, which further fuelled her passion for becoming a counsellor to be there for people needing support and guidance. Taking the initiative to seek help is a courageous move, and she hopes to be of help to provide you with a better understanding of yourself and journey with you to become a better version of yourself in this process.

Anis has always been passionate about helping those who are in need. She is respectful of each person she deals with. She has experience in dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), stress, and persons with same-sex attraction (SSA).
