About:

Before becoming a Registered Clinical Psychologist, I spent many years working as a journalist and an educator. Those experiences taught me the power of listening, storytelling, and connection, all of which continue to shape how I work with people today. I take a person-centred approach, grounded in the belief that everyone has the potential to grow and overcome life’s challenges.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse group of people from many different walks of life, and it has helped me to be inclusive and non-judgmental in my practice.

My clinical training took place in an academic setting, where I worked with experienced psychologists and academics across a wide range of cases. I gained hands-on experience in both assessment and therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, ADHD, and neurodevelopmental conditions.

I believe in focusing on the “small wins” that help one get by.
