Ilyas Azmi is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked with individuals facing complex emotional challenges. Trained in both assessment and intervention, he has experience in assessing and providing therapy for depression, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts.
Ilyas uses evidence-based approaches while tailoring each session to fit the unique needs of each client. He believes therapy should be a safe, honest space where your emotions are heard, and change happens at your own pace.
